Foie gras celebration
Learn to cook foie gras different ways, in terrine or pan-fried. You will treat your guests with gourmet typical french food for Christmas.
You will learn to devein, marinate, season and cook your foie gras and put in in a terrine to cook it. You could go home with your own foie gras terrine of 220/230g per person
You will learn the secrets of pan-fried hot foie gras. You will make the sauce with raspeberry vinegar, as well as a jerusalem artichoke purée, that matches amazingly with foie gras taste.

– Duck foie gras terrine marinated with madère sweet wine, pear and balsamic vinegar chutney, gingerbread powder

For Christmas, Frogs Kitchen will teach you how to cook foie gras in terrine, and pan fried.

You will learn to devein, marinate, season and cook your foie gras and put in in a terrine to cook it. You will prepare gingerbread powder, used for the plate decor and the foie gras seasoning You will elaborate a pear and balsamic vinegar chutney, bringing the sweet touch to the dish
You could go home with your own foie gras terrine of 220/230g per person
Furthermore, we will use the time the foie gras marinates to prepare the pan fried foie gras You will learn to slice and cook it, and then will make the sauce with raspeberry vinegar, as well as a jerusalem artichoke purée, that matches amazingly with foie gras taste.

After your booking, you will receive our confirmation e-mail and one of our chef will call you to confirm your reservation within 48h of your booking. He will check with you what materials you have at your location and what may need to be brought. He will also explain any additional information around the course.
