Cooking course foie gras terrine

For Christmas, Frogs Kitchen will teach you how to make your proper foie gras terrine

Details of the course :

You will learn to devein, marinate, season and cook your foie gras and put in in a terrine to cook it. You will make gingerbread powder, as well as the cream of marinade for the terrine You will elaborate a pear and balsamic vinegar chutney, bringing the sweet touch to the dish
You could go home with your own foie gras terrine of 220/230g per person

We will take advantage of the marinating and cooking time of the foie gras to make foie gras creme brulees, toasted with brown sugar, under the over grill
