France is known worldwide for its pastries. We have a wide variety of desserts and techniques to make them, that we will offer in our courses, seasons after seasons.
This season, you be be making cream puff with basil and lime whipped cream
French puffs ! Making puffs seems to be a complicated story? You will realize that with the right techniques, it’s not that difficult to make cream puffs. You will learn how to make puff dough, how to cook them. You will make a real Chantilly cream, and flavor them with lime and basil.
Then, from the paste of the puffs, you will make the traditional Chouquettes, the greedy little puffs with sugar that you can find in every French bakery.
At last but not least, you will make a French lemon pie with meringue topping. You will make everything, from the sweat paste, till the lemon curd and the meringue. At the end of the course,you will master puffs, sweet pie pastes, and creams making.
