For those who like to travel around France to discover local food specialties, this course is made for you. Season after season, our menu will change to offer you different specialties from our country.
This season, we will teach you to make the Provence Bouillabaisse fish stew.
A minimum of 3 persons for the course, and 3 extra persons for the dinner is required for this course. Bouillabaisse can’t be prepared for less than 6 persons.

French regional cuisine cooking class
For those who like to travel around France to discover local food specialties, this course is made for you. Season after season, our menu will change to offer you different specialties from our country. For the summer, we will take you to Southern France Ainsi vous apprendrez à réaliser la fameuse bouillabaisse provençale. to teach you one of the most iconic dish from Marseille and the whole Provence province : the Bouillabaisse. Bouillabaisse is a famous fish stew, including fish soup, made with different fishes (depending on catch), cheese, garlic croutons, and the famous Rouille, a special sauce made of garlic, saffron and tomatoes.
A minimum of 3 persons for the course and 6 at dinner is required for this formula. The Bouillabaisse needs indeed a big quantity of fishes to cook the soup. So we can’t prepare it for less than 6 persons.
Please book the right number of people that will follow the course (minimum 3), and add the required number of extra meals to reach a minimum of 6 persons. You can invite friends or family for dinner for only 22€ extra per person.
After your booking, the chef will call you to explain the course, check with you the required material, and answer your questions
