Frogs kitchen Advanced in french baking pakage, will give you deeper knowledge in french baking, getting you to prepare trendy french desserts, in 4 courses of 2 to 3 hours each.

In this package you will learn :

– Lemon meringue pie and dark chocolate ganache
– Hazelnut soufflé with fruit insert
– Macaroons
– Pavlova of fruit puree and whipped cream

Advanced in french pastry package

Spend a nice cooking time with your friends and family at home, having private cooking classes at home, with a professional chef. Our chefs come to your place, with all the necessary equipment and ingredients, so that you have a good time of cooking without having to worry about anything.
Our passionate chefs of French pastry will share all their tips and tricks with you during a friendly and gourmet cooking class.

Course schecule

Book the slot for your first course, and the next ones will be decided together during the first course After your booking, you will receive our confirmation e-mail and one of our chef will call you to confirm your reservation within 48h of your booking. He will check with you what materials you have at your location and what may need to be brought. He will also explain any additional information around the course. The date and time of the second course will be set together during the first course.

All 4 courses must be completed within 6 months of the booking date.

Module 1

Lemon pie with French meringue / dark chocolate (ganache) pie
You'll learn:

≽ Use a pastry bag

Module 2

Hazelnut soufflé, fruit insert

You'll learn:
≽ Make a sweat dough for soufflé
≽ Cook a fruit purée for the insert
≽ Make a hazelnut pastry cream
≽ Cook a soufflé

Module 3

Fruit pavlova and Chantilly cream

You'll learn:
≽Make a Pavlova meringue
≽ Make a fruit purée
≽ Cook pavlovas
≽ Make a whipped cream

Module 4

You'll learn:
≽ Make a flavoured macaroon cream
≽ Make a Meringue for macaroon shells
